
Kevin Tien of Himitsu to open new Capitol Hill restaurant with Dim-Sum style
One of the biggest names in Washington, D.C. will be opening a new restaurant in Capitol Hill. Kevin Tien, executive chef and co-owner of Himitsu, a James Beard finalist chef and Food and Wine’s Best New Chef in 2018, will help open Emilie’s, a new restaurant with 3,313 square-feet of space at the Penn Eleven condominium building... Sam Shoja and partner Arris Noble, will help spearhead the venture. Tien’s role in bringing unique, Japanese-inspired cuisine to Himitsu.
