Chiko opens West Coast location November 14 in Encinitas, California

The owners of Chiko, a popular, Washington, D.C. Chinese-Korean eatery influenced by the creations of chef Danny Lee and support of co-owners Scott Drewno and also Drew Kim, from Matchbox pedigree, will open a West Coast location in the Greater San Diego Area, Calif. The tweet today confirmed that the new restaurant will open November 14 in Encinitas, a beach-centric town 25 miles north of San Diego on the eve of a new Chiko restaurant opening in Dupont Circle.
