Thirsty Crow hosts Eats and Beats pop-up series

Weekly gatherings feature pop-up food, DJ music

Malaysian-inspired sports bar Thirsty Crow will be hosting its Eats and Beats pop-up series this summer. During July, Mondays will be dedicated to the special gatherings for guests from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. The remaining pop-ups this month will feature dishes from Chef Marco Salierna of Churros Taqueria and Chef Matthew Gaston’s Afro-Portuguese concept ‘Frango.”

Here are Eats and Beats planned for the next two Mondays at Thirsty Crow:

  • July 18: Birria Tacos prepared by Chef Marco Salierna of Churros Taqueria
  • July 25: Dishes from Chef Matthew Gaston’s Afro-Portuguese concept, Frango

And DJ Eskimo will be spinning between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m.

Additional pop-ups are slated for August.
