Popular boxes include 12 creative doughnuts that scare up delight
Astro Doughnuts and Fried Chicken has returned its much sought-after Halloween-themed mini-doughnuts box in 2021. The doughnut boxes are available at Astro’s three locations: Falls Church, and G Street and 7th Street stores in Washington, DC.
A $29 mini-doughnut box includes the following:
- 3 Maple Bacon Doughnuts
- 3 Candy Apple Doughnuts
- 3 Cookie Dough Doughnuts
- 3 Pumpkin Pie Doughnuts
Maple Bacon Doughnut features a Yeast doughnut with maple glaze topped with smoked bacon pieces. The Candy Apple Doughnuts is an apple compote filled doughnut with red apple cider glaze and caramelized sugar.
Astro’s Cookie Dough Doughnut features a Rich Chocolate Cake Doughnut with cookie dough glaze, raw cookie dough filling and mini chocolate chips. The Pumpkin Pie Doughnut consists of pumpkin pastry cream filling, pumpkin spice glaze and toasted pie crust crumble.
These treats are available for pre-order. For risk-takers, walk-in orders can be had as well, but not guaranteed.
