One unit under agreement for over $3M
According to Urban Pace, a sales and marketing services firm in real estate development, only two luxury residences remain at the prestigious The Lauren condo building. During the pandemic, two units went under contract, including a residence over $3M. Part of the popularity has been the outdoor living spaces that come with the luxury-rich residences in Downtown Bethesda.
A list of “five-star” amenities has helped propel the condos’ sales and values, including 24-hour concierge service, direct-access elevators and valet parking. Urban Pace, which is a Christie’s affiliate, has worked on more than 275 communities from large master planned sites to urban boutique buildings.
“The Lauren Residences were designed to offer an exclusive oasis with private entry elevators and outdoor features such as outsized private terraces and balconies that are even more precious at a time of quarantines and heightened attention to personal space,” said Clint Mann, Urban pace president.
