Restaurant will offer delivery during select hours via Uber Eats
Brookland’s Finest re-opened. In anticipation of the District of Columbia and surrounding states and localities easing restrictions, restaurants that had temporarily closed are phasing back their operations. For now, the popular Northeast eatery from Chef Shannan Troncoso, Tony Tomelden and John Solomo is takeout only. Orders from a condensend menu can be submitted online for contactless pick-up and delivery. Delivery is being supplied by Uber Eats on Thursday and Friday, 4 p.m. to 9 p.m; also, on Saturday from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Neighborhood fans will appreciate the new adult beverages to-go and gift cards that can be given to friends, family, frontline works and many others. The ownership team said, “We would like to take a moment to thank those of you who have supported us during this time — whether it was a donation, an offer of help, or even just reaching out to check up on us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We couldn’t ask for better neighbors or better regulars. It was your support that helped us make the decision to reopen now…”
Kudos to Brookland’s Finest for also sharing some of the strongest sanitation steps they will take with their followers. What’s more, the owners stated they will follow all CDC reopening guidance.
