Officina Provisions, Masseria a Casa continue to provide food, meals for the home
According to an email from Nicholas Stefanelli, Officina is open again for on-premises dining. Both the Trattoria menu and the fire-isde Terrazza option are available on the rooftop pergola. The restaurant also opened up outdoor seating at the Cafe. The Cafe experience starts with the to-go window that was opened for added convenience due to the pandemic.
Prepared meal kits for the home and pantry items are made possible through Officina Provisions, which is an ongoing takeout program. Provisions include “local produce, hand-crafted butcher products, fresh bread, and artisanal snacks and preserves. And best of all, cases of fine wine curated by our sommeliers are available to add to your order,” as the market and eatery by Nicholas Stefanelli described it.
Sister restaurant’s popular Masseria a Casa menu is ongoing with this week’s specials including Roseda ribeye with red wine, little gem, and parmigiano on Thursday. This weekend, the squid ink garganelli will be available. Dinner for Two runs $85 and can be picked up at the District Wharf Officina or delivered inside the Capital Beltway.
