New location convenient to both Dupont Circle, Farragut Square

Novel Coworking debuted its Washington, D.C. location in Dupont Circle this past week. The new office is located in a 190,385 square-foot building with 12 floors. The convenience of the location, between Dupont Circle and Farragut Square, is a main draw. The building dates back to 1940. Within Metropolitan Washington, the opening follows a fully-occupied workspace location in Alexandria.

In Dupont Circle, Novel’s pricing plan is sure to be attractive with coworking memberships starting at $199/month. Private offices go for $575 per month. In shared spaces, office suite use per employee costs $399 per month. The 36-location, national coworking firm markets itself as an affordable coworking solution with “high-caliber” amenities.

“We have seen huge demand for flexible, customizable workspace from small to mid-sized businesses, as well as enterprise companies,” said Bill Bennett, Novel Coworking co-founder. Social distancing due to the current Coronavirus Pandemic is sure to take a bit out of initial sign-ups, but something the company has hopefully anticipated leading up to the opening.
