Supra’s trending favorites can now be had during the lunch rush
Georgian restaurant Supra launched a pre-fixe menu for $20 per person. In Washington, D.C., Supra has risen to popularity and is part of culinary trend ushering in Georgian cuisine. It’s been on a hot trend on a national scale and Supra has certainly benefited and moved the needle forward here in the nation’s capital. Currently, diners can enjoy a two-course lunch with a choice of either a glass of wine or dessert.
The quick one-hour launch was designed for customers with limited break times, but a hearty appetite. Guests will enjoy dishes, including the khachapuri, stuffed eggplant nigvzit and seasonal vegetable spreads. The restaurant team also recommends the broth-based entrees that include the chicken chakhokhbili. Finish off the meal with a dessert choice or one of a select list of Georgian selections from the wine menu.
